The client shall pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Purchased licenses, software, themes, plugins, and third-party services are non-refundable.

EcommEdge shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber incidents, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, India.
